⟶ About
Built in Wales.
Trusted across the M4.
I started out on my own — one surveyor, one van, one spray tank and a quiet conviction that knotweed work in the UK was being done badly: too much fear, too little follow-through. Fifteen years on, that hasn't really changed. We just got better at it.
⟶ The story
From one van
to the whole corridor.
The work began in the Lower Swansea Valley — some of the most knotweed-dense ground in the UK, a hangover from 19th-century copper smelting and decades of riverside dumping. If you can run a treatment programme there, you can run one anywhere.
Demand pulled us east along the M4. Cardiff, then Newport, then Bristol, then Bath and Reading. The phone kept ringing from London. We added a Birmingham crew for the Midlands. Today, our daily routes cover an arc from Carmarthen to the M25 — and the same surveyors still walk every site personally before we quote.
We've never advertised on TV. We don't have a call centre. Most of our work comes from solicitors, RICS surveyors and homeowners we treated five years ago.
⟶ How we work
Four principles. No exceptions.
01
We don't sell fear.
Knotweed is serious — but most stands aren't an emergency. We'll tell you that to your face, even when it costs us a job.
02
The same hands quote and treat.
No commission salespeople. The qualified operative who walks the site is the one who returns to spray it. The accountability is built in.
03
Paper that works.
Every survey, plan and guarantee is written for the people who actually read them: solicitors, lenders, planning officers. Not marketing.
04
Two routes, one honest answer.
Excavation isn't always right. Treatment isn't always enough. We'll tell you which one fits your timeline, your budget and your lender — not which one we'd rather sell.
